I have enabled it to show prices with tax in the settings and I have set a taxrate, but the items still shows up with only the net price Can anyone explain this for me ? Dakota Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 I had the same problem. After you have checked the obvious culprits(zones etc.), first make sure the item is declared as Taxable Good. bloodshoteyes Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 Roger are you sure you set up your Tax Zone and Tax Rate Properly????? When you created your Tax Zone It appears with a folder icon at the far left edge of that line. You need to click open that folder. If it is empty you need to click on install, edit the info, and click on install or update which ever you have. Make sure the Tax Class you have set for your taxable products is entered in you Tax Rate. When you set display items with tax in admin/configuration/my store. This forces display of tax with price in all of the product info windows but not in the shopping cart because it is handled differently in the order. It appears at the bottom of the order in the total box. It only appears in the columns of the order you can see in admin and the invoice you can print if A.) the customers zone requires tax be figured and B.)
