How to add a box?

Hey,

 

From the documentation, I know how to remove boxes by commenting them out, but how can I add a box? I'd like to add a box to the right column for my best sellers list. So I guess the question is two-fold: a) How do I first add the box; B) and how do I add the best sellers list?

I've only got the shopping cart on my right column. So I need the Best Sellers box underneath.
