I didn't find it in the zip file I downloaded and I didn't find it on the web site. Thanks for your help. Philippe

Is there anything a bit more detailed? eg. something that goes thru each step of the installation process and discusses likely problems and how to fix them?

I was as confused as anyone but a little patience goes a long way. I was as confused as anyone but a little patience goes a long way. I think 'a little patience' is the understatement of the year, even WITH this message board. But I do think I'd be even balder than I am now without it.
