dawglse
I am hosted with shieldhost.com and i used their "power tools" auto installer for OSC. I tried to test out the checking out/creating user and i get a 404 error cannot be found. AlanR
I got an expired ssl cetificate message first. Then I ignored it and got the 404. You can get into create_account just fine without the ssl ie: http://www.basketdesignsplusmore.com/shop/...025e96ef6ca1a4a So check your secure set-up or just do away with ssl while your setting up the site. AlanR
You need to check to see how your secure server set-up works. Apparently some shared servers have separate secure directories which you'll need to use when you enable secure (https) links. You clearly don't have the links set up right. Click this and you'll see what I mean: https://www.basketdesignsplusmore.com You're on an Ensim shared server so you'll need to read up on how ssl works with ensim. I have no idea who your hosting provider is but you can read about setting up ensim on this forum: http://forums.dixiesys.com/ (skip down to the ensim section) Local: Mac OS X 10.5.8 - Apache 2.2/php 5.3.0/MySQL 5.4.10 • Web Servers: Linux Tools: BBEdit, Coda, Versions (Subversion), Sequel Pro (db management)

AlanR
Im Still lost... Im such a newb at all this :( Don't stress about it. In a couple of days you'll have most of it figured out, there's a learning curve. I can't help you much on the server set-up since I no longer have any Ensim server accounts. I suggest you contact your hosting company and ask them how the shared ssl is set up on their system. I poked around a little in their help documentation but it's pretty hopeless. They should be able to tell you how to access your site through an https:// url and if you need specific secure directories.
