Guest Posted March 6, 2004 Posted March 6, 2004 Hi, I've been setting-up and hacking at an OSCommerce installation on a web server; it works fine, and is fully working with SSL. Authorize works fine in test mode but as soon as the live mode was activated it failed to work, whenever I try to run through a test order (using numbers which apparently work on the live mode). When running in live mode I can get to the Confirmation screen when submitting an order, click 'confirm order' and then it goes back to the 'Payment Information' screen. There are no errors, and further entries of the credit-card numbers still fail. It's posting to the correct transact URL (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll). The support staff at authorize.net seem to think it?s on OSCs end (or rather the configuration of the server), the correct details are also entered for the transaction id / account name etc. I could understand if both the test / live mode failed, but if it's just the live mode I don't get it. Is there any debugging information I can grab from the returned data from Authorize to see what is actually going on here? I actually get this same problem, but on test mode too, on my debugging machine (Win32, SSL and Apache) but that's irrelevant as this server is running Apache and Linux. Any help would be appreciated, Andrew.
