When i mean distorted i don't mean the height & width of the image... example: even the defualt images are showing up like this...why and how can i fix this problem? Where exactly do i go to replace & edit the defualt icons and images to my own? (for example: the footer banner..those icon on the top right etc...) What program do you use when making your picture banners ?? Ex: Photoshop, Paint, etc... Does the picture display well on your computer ?? when does the picture tend to be distorted ?? While browsing or before you upload ?? :blink: The program I used is photoshop. it looks completely fine on my computer...when uploaded the problem occurs in the browser and they look that way in the image folders on my server as well... Guest Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 :D The logos can be changed in your Includes directory just edit the files: Header.php - to change logo Footer.php - to change Copyright info "Observe that if you use the default style you must have a Copyright - OsCommerse - Powered by OsC" If you only want to change the banner at the bottom part you can do this via the Banner management in your Admin part under TOOLS - Banner Manager Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think you should set your FTP program to AUTO or try uploading via the TOOLS - FILEMANAGER just to see what happens :) What FTP program do you use ? What OS are you running "Windows 2000, 98Se, Xp, MacOs-X" What type of puter do you have... Pc or Mac What kind of server are you uploading to ?
