rubygirl Posted March 4, 2004 Share Posted March 4, 2004 Hey gang, any help is greatly appreciated - i have a mysterious problem in our store - here it is: customer adds product to cart - no prob customer clicks checkout - no prob customer is directed to checkout_shipping.php, then checkout_payment and checkout_confirmation.php - all no problem - works great then the mystery kicks in - on checkout_confirmation.php page, when client clicks confirm order - the client is redirected successfully to checkout_success.php page however now there are at least one if not 2 more items that were never added to the store that have now been charged!!!! checkout_success.php shows additional items for product notifications as well - nothing is displayed anywhere except when they click to confirm - ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!!! we are set with real time and this is causing MAJOR ISSUES!!!!
