KevyD Posted March 3, 2004 Share Posted March 3, 2004 I'm trying to set up an inventory of several audio and video titles which are available in multiple formats. I tried doing this using Options, but the main product description line only showed one price or no price. Is there a module for this? I can't find one, so maybe I'm just doing this wrong. I ended up creating multiple items, one for each instance of a format, but this is just bad. Please point me in the right direction, thanks! radders Posted March 3, 2004 Share Posted March 3, 2004 You could use Master Products. Set up one master for the name of the film and one slave for each format it comes in. KevyD Posted March 5, 2004 Author Share Posted March 5, 2004 Okay, this is working pretty well. Just a few oddities that I will have to modify. For instance, the manufacturer search or keyword search pulls up both master and slave items even though I have slave items hidden and only masters show up in category listings.
