Help! Coupon redemption box not showing for ccgv

Hi I recently installed the ccgv 5.10 for my store which resulted in script errors in the payment checkout page. The box for entering the coupon redemption code is also not working! Has anybody encountered the same problems with this contribution? I need to get our site up and running by this week, so help on this will be much appreciated.

i too am having this problem

i checked and rechecked the code edits (from the instructions provided in the mod) and still do not see a coupon field - i went into the admin section and created a new coupon and still no where on the checkout page or payment page to enter the coupon

please can anyone shed some light on this?

perhaps i (we) have overlooked something
