Guest Posted March 2, 2004 Share Posted March 2, 2004 hello, i'm sure this problem has been discussed elsewhere, but i'm having a problem processing orders with the Paypal IPN contribution. the orders go thru into the database, but i get an email that says: --StoreName-- Paypal IPN: cart COULD NOT PROCESS: you have received a payment of 24.00 the other problem is that i've received a payment of 24.00 when i should have only received 22.00, the item cost was 10.00 each and the sales tax on each was 10%. i'm trying to figure out where the tax rate was added a second time, my OSC records show that the customers were billed the correct rate of 22.00 before they left my site to paypal, then paypal assessed another 2.00, so is there a paypal feature for tax that might be left on? please help, i'm overcharging my customers accidentily! thank you for your time.
