The Party Works

Have been working on this project for a while now, and I'd like to know what you think. Some of the links in the center content section are either broken or pointing in the wrong location, this will be taken care of soon, but is mainly there for filler right now. The catalog itself is still being constructed/converted, so some of the category images will not appear, as may some of the product images as well. Thanks for the input.

hiya,

I like the overall design very bright which fits in nicely with what you are selling.

I think that you need to some how bring the width of the site in a bit. I'm working on a 20" monitor with a 1280 X 1024 res, although I don't generaly have my windows maximised, it is very rare that i have to scroll to the side with your site I do!

I like the overall design, and you have done great things with the header and color scheme.

I like how the products are laid out, and the category enhancement is nice,

I think perhaps linking your picture and names below to somthing like a "biography" or "about us" page might be a good idea as a picture of people with a caption begs to be clicked.

Your site is too wide, I believe it is from the snowman image in the body text of the main page. at 800x600 you have to scroll right almost 200 pix to see the entire page, bottom scroll = bad.

Overall, a great site. I like it alot. Just needs a little polish and it will be awesome.

My advice comes in two flavors- Pick the one that won't offend you.

colour a bit too sickly for my liking.

The graphic isaying "welcome to the party works" is too dark for the purple background.

You need to define your page widths, as loading the page is shifts from left to right.

Perhaps use tablespacing a bit more, sticks to the edge of the browser. Perhaps make the page height less.

Check out my own Oscommerce page - www.misohoni.com/catalog/

Good luck with it!
