ssl certificate https

I have a SSL Certificate installed but i cant seem to make it work.

 

In Internet Explorer only text is showing no images no lock in Browser..

In opera i see images & text but no lock in Browser, Then says You are protected by a secure SSL connection in the Admin CPanel..

i have edited the configure.php in the catalog/includes/configure.php

Is im still getting errors but is working much better...
