catcastle Posted March 1, 2004 Share Posted March 1, 2004 Are you still having a problem with taxes, I operate out of FL and mine is working fine. In my admin under "Locations / Taxes" "Tax Zones" I've got a file named "Florida" with a description of "Florida local sales tax zone". After that is set go to "Tax Rates" and set it up, what I have is Tax Class Title: Taxable Goods Zone: Florida Tax Rate (%): 6.5 Description: FL TAX 6.5% I hope that helps catcastle http://castlesweb.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bloodshoteyes Posted March 3, 2004 Share Posted March 3, 2004 Make sure the Home country and zipcode are set correctly in admin/configuration/shipping and also in admin/configuration/my store. Also in admin/configuration/locations/tax zones, your state 'Florida' should be hear, now click on the folder at the left end of that line, click insert and follow the directions.
