Next I sugest a best package in Win platform can install the enviroment at one step. Apache 1.3.29 PHP 4.3.4 MySQL 4.0.16 Zend Optimizer 2.1.0b phpMyAdmin 2.5.4 website: http://www.appservnetwork.com/ ;) After install all the support env, you should extract the file in the www directoy and begin the install press.
