Adding Category to Product Listing list

Our site is Music so LP's, CD's etc.

 

When people do a search and get a listing it's important that they know what category they are in.

 

Therefore I'd like to add the category name as a field in each of my products listing.

 

ie.

 

Title:

Artist:

Format: {Category in here}

etc

 

Can't seem to find anything on it.
