Here's the warning: Warning: main(includes/modules/account_details.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/designs/public_html/shopping/create_account.php on line 69 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/modules/account_details.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/designs/public_html/shopping/create_account.php on line 69 Line 69 makes a call to it but it seems to be lost.
