AS-N Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 Hello, I work with the MS2.1 version of the shop and I have since a few days the problem, that somethimes the shop forgets the text input I write. When I update an order status, the red cross is shown for "Customer Notified" and The "Status" field is empty, also given comments are not shown. The same problems are when customers fill in credit card information. Some of these orders shown as payment method "credic card" but no credit card information. My Server configuration is apache 1.3.28, MySQL3.23.52, PHP 4.3.3. Any ideas? Ciao Andr?
k_budiarto Posted February 26, 2004 Posted February 26, 2004 I've been getting the same exact problem with missing credit card information. The orders are there and the billing address and everything else gets recorded, but the credit card number and expiration date don't get recorded. I've been running the OSC store for more than 8 months and it had been working fine until recent weeks. I have not done anything to OSC or to the MySQL side of it. Here is my server info for the osc site: Server OS: FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE Database: MySQL 4.0.16 HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.27 PHP Version: 4.3.2 (Zend: 1.3.0) Please, anybody, help! -Kurt
