Names of fields are showing

My store was working fine until I touched the following files

product_info.php in main catalog,

product_info.php, popup_image.php in main,

categories.php in 'Admin' and

categories.php in 'English'

 

Now it has refused to work. I have a self-installation software which came with my hosting package and resides on the server. I am afraid to re-install because it might ovewrite all the work I have done. Also am not very sure what the folder permissions are.

 

The hosting company basically told me here is the software, install it and seek help from the forum if I encounter problems :ph34r: I backed up the site use the backup module when I tried to restore it seems it only restores the SQL database because I saw a file ending with .sql.

 

If I have to re-install which folders should I keep? To view my corrupt site http://www.kenyanmarket.com/market

If that's not a sign to go to another hosting provider - I don't know what is.

I guess the "market" folder needs to be backed up.
