kepa Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 I've been searching through the archives for some time now and each time come up empty handed. I get the following error with some of my transactions...it usually occurs once every two days or so. Trans Status: General Error ( Unable to Send Notification ) Authorize.net authorizes the funds, but then I can't capture it due to the error above. Do any of you know what kinds of situations would/could generate this error? Invalid email addresses, unmatched billing info, timeouts of some sort, time differences with the server? Is this something I can solve within the OSC functionality? If so, where and how could I do it? I've sent an email to Authorize.net, and am waiting for a response, however I thought I'd post here as well, as none of you seem to be having this problem at all and perhaps you've found a solution? Thanks for your time and help in advance.
Slyn4ice Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 WE have been experiencing the same problem. Although i don't know what the message is exactly - the end result is the same, we get the money but we don't know what the customer purchased. Let us know if you resolved the issue. Thanks, Svetoslav
