adding a input text block to product info page

Hi everyone,

I have installed the option type feature, which is a great contribution, however, it only does insert an one line (one row) input text in the product info page.

I need a input text block, with 8 lines, (8 rows) and about 50 characters/spaces. This information needs to be show in the shopping cart, and received with the order.

I have tried different ways to mod this contribution, but can't find a clue on this.

I'm getting crazy.

Someone has a code to input a text block, or any way to work around with the option type contribution?
