Need to add 2 more fields on Checkout

HI all,

 

I need to add 2 more fields on the AUTHORIZE.NET checkout process to be more secure. I cannot find help over the search function.

 

Here is what I would like to do:

 

1. Add field: Credit Card Code Verifiction (see 3 or 4 digit code on the back of card)

2. Add field: Bank phone number (See back of card)

 

 

1 must be verified by Authorize.net but I don;t know how to program this and 2. can just be send to me as info.

 

If someone could troubleshoot me that be awesome... May be even show me where to add and what step to do. I spend last 2 days to change other files on the account setup but I wasn't able to find this info on my own...
