Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 I installed the latest PlugNPay Contribution and have the following problems.... When an order is complete the following entry is placed in the server error_log: malformed header from script. Bad header=" " <>... User unknown: /u/httpd/cgi-bin/php4.cgi **The ISP (Verio) support says that there's a missing variable and it's a script problem.... **PlugNPay support says it's a server problem.... The store is in 'test' mode so you can try it out if that would help. Feel free to set up an account...We'll be clearing out all the accounts before going live. The store is HERE When you get to checkout the test creditcard info is: Name: cardtest Card: Visa Number: 4111111111111111 Expiration date: Any month/year in the future Here's what's interesting: When you get to the server error after checkout if you hit the back arrow once and then proceed a second time it all works like it's supposed to!!!!! Anyway...Any help is valuable and thanks....
Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 if it works the second time like it is supposed to, it is not the server. it is a script error, you have something mistyped into the code. go back over all the code and make sure you did it right. are you on a vps1 or 2?
Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 I'm on shared hosting (Bronze). I've done absolutely nothing to the code so there's nothing I would have mistyped...I installed the files...Installed the module...Nothing more...
Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 what is the link to the contribution? if you uninstall the contribution, then does the store work? reason i ask, i have number of servers and ecommerce stores on vps servers
Guest Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 I actually installed one from the Plug N Pay people and also the contribution here. They look to be the same...and both fail in the same way. The Contribution is: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,395
