Easy Populate and Froogle

I am trying to prepare a data feed for Froogle. I exported my product list using Easy Populates export Froogle option. The product urls take the form of

http://www.mycandysupplier.com/shop/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/90

but this is not a valid url for OSCommerce. If I go to my site and look up this product the actual url for that product is

http://www.mycandysupplier.com/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=34&products_id=90

I can edit all of the entries with search & replace but that is going to take a considerable amount of time. And since I will be making changes and Froogle requires frequent updates, it becomes a pain very quickly. Surely there is a better way to do this. Would someone who has done this please explain what method you use?
