File(/home/passnet/public_html/shop/images/p_800.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/restricted/home/passnet) in /home/restricted/home/passnet/public_html/shop/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 94 Anybody can help me? ♥kymation Posted February 21, 2004 Share Posted February 21, 2004 It appears that your hosting service has an open_basedir restriction set. This is a security measure designed to prevent the code from opening files that would not be safe. Apparently the image file that you are trying to work with is outside the safe path. MiddleCity2000 Posted March 24, 2004 Share Posted March 24, 2004 I am getting the same error as well... which prevents me from adding product images to the site... IF the hosting company won't or can't change the settings... does anybody have a work-around solution????
