"checkdnsrr" error on Windows 2003

One question to all running a 2003 Server box, can you get email verification to work with MS 2? I am getting errors when OCS is running "checkdnsrr".

 

This line of the funciton is failing:

@exec("nslookup -type=$type $host", $output);

 

This might be a security problem or that some port is closed? Anybody experienced the same problem?
