Order_info and Create_account looping. SSL problem

Hi All, I'm trying to install an SSL. Without SSL set to true, the store functions properly. With it, the create_account and order_info.php pages loop back blank when a user fills out the information and clicks submit. Also, the account is not created or written to the DB.

 

If I "refresh" the page but add the https: directly in the url, the site will move on to the next page. However, I have to "refresh" the page by mannually putting the "s" in https: on each subsequent page.

 

Oddly though, if a user already has an account, they can log in and move through the secured pages without any problem.

 

Does this sounds like a cookie issue? It is a shared SSL (trying to get the kinks worked out before I buy a dedicated cert). Also, I'm running MS1.

 

I'm pretty sure I have all the correct adjustments made in the configure file. Also, I don't know if it matters, but I have PWA (purchase without account) enabled.
