iamcanadian Posted February 19, 2004 Posted February 19, 2004 Is there a contribution for MS1 that will display a message (Insufficient Quantity) if a user tries to add more items than what is currently in stock? I have quite a few people emailing saying they can't check out (and many more who just abandon their cart), because they have placed an item in their cart that was not available in the desired quantity. Customers don't realize what is wrong and are continuously looped through the check out. Most just give up & leave..
Destavator Posted February 19, 2004 Posted February 19, 2004 Go into Configuration -> Stock with your Admin console and set allow checkout to true. Allow customer to checkout even if there is insufficient stock This should solve your Problem
