modules not appearing in the Admin

I tried everything with my config.php but this modules just doesn't seems to work.

 

For Payments:

/home/users/p/puremobile.ca68693/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/payment/

 

For Shipping:

/home/users/p/puremobile.ca-68693/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/

 

For Order Total:

/home/users/p/puremobile.ca-68693/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/order_total/

 

can anybaody please help me...
