v-funk
Okay, I enabled the SSL feature on installation - so links My account, checkout etc. are looking for https:// - but not finding it - My webserver is set up with httpdocs as the root directory & httpsdocs as the secure root directory, two different folders. So I uploaded everything to httpdocs - but none of the secure links worked, then I tried uploading the files os was looking for under https:// (eg. accounts.php) into the httpsdocs folder still with no luck, this time not linking with the includes. One thing to note is that I do not have the ssl certificate installed yet - do I need to install this for these links to work or is there somewhere I'm missing where you can configure the paths to ssl. It's got me stumped but then I'm new to OS & SSL so please help!

No I dont think so. SSL is a connection mode not a different server so it should point to the same files.
