johnjr Posted February 18, 2004 Posted February 18, 2004 Does osCommerce have the capability of setting up different price 'levels' or 'tiers', so that different customers can be assigned to these different 'levels'? In other words, I want to be able to offer certain 'discounted prices' to some customers for the same item(s) for which other customers will have to pay 'full list'. Obviously, I want each customer to see only 'his/her' pricing, and not the pricing that other customers would see. This way, I can have 'end users' see 'list prices' for my products, and 'dealers' can see their 'dealer prices' for those products. John Rayfield, Jr.
Guest Posted February 19, 2004 Posted February 19, 2004 Maybe this contribution will do the trick The_Bear
Guest Posted February 19, 2004 Posted February 19, 2004 I am currently looking at the Xprices contribution - it looks promising - it uses separate prices rather than discount (easily allowing tiered markup). Matti
johnjr Posted February 20, 2004 Author Posted February 20, 2004 Thanks to both of you for the replies. It sounds like Xprices is exactly what I'm looking for. John
horus Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 Is there a way to make this tiered discount apply to only one zone/country/state (like it can be done with the shipping modules)?
