4 Shipping Optins and Prices Per Item

Hi, I have a very important question. If anyone can help me I will be more than happy. If ther eis no solution to this I am willing to pay for a development for this option.

 

-- I have around 800 Items. For Each Item I have 4 different shipping zones and rates (East Mississippi, West mississippi.. etc .. etc..).

 

How can I set up 4 shipping options for each item that I have ?

(Every item has different shipping prices)

For Example:

 

Item: X

Shipping Options: East Mississippi: $10.00

West mississippi: $20.00

 

Item: Y

Shipping Options: East Mississippi: $15.00

West mississippi: $32.00
