seengee Posted November 11, 2004 Share Posted November 11, 2004 i just cannot get this to work, i have set up the product to be downloadable, uploaded it to the /downloads/ folder, given that permissions of 755 and the /pub/ folder 777. I've placed the filename in the box on the product attribs page, tried with and without full path. I've tried numerous test purchases but i am never provided with a download link. Is it something to do with payment..? I've tried changing the default on 2checkout to pending, processing and delivered and that doesnt seem to change anything. I cant find any other documentation other than whats here but that is no good as i've followed all instructions and it still doesnt work. would really appreciate some help.
