Guest
I have no idea hoe tp prevent access to my admin site. I have a basic installation that has the catalog/admin site accessible by any user. Is there some way to secure this?
crazymonkey
You need to password-protect your admin folder. Your webhost should be able to do this for you if you cant.
billyjack
One way is to create a .htaccess and .passwd file. use the link to take you to a place on the web that will create one for you. Create file remember to put your .hataccess file in admin root folder and the .passwrd file in another location on your server.
