payment modules not working properly

I secured my site using an ssl connection.

 

After learning the certificate had expired....I put my site back to normal by stating "false" instead of "true" in the configure.php file.

 

Now I am having problems with two of my payment modules and can't figure out why they won't go.

 

The first is in my check/moneyorder option. If a customer checks it and clicks continue, the customer gets a message telling them to please select a payment option, however they did select an option.

 

My second payment module not working is paypal ipn. It states the URL FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PAYPALIPN was not found on this server.

 

What could have happened? Any suggestions.
