shinobiX Posted February 14, 2004 Share Posted February 14, 2004 I've almost got my shopping cart ready to go, but I'm having a problem with the checkout process. It seems this is a common problem among osCommerce users, but I haven't seen any clear answers to the problem. I set up a test account to go through the whole process, and once I get to the shipping options page I get stuck. When I hit Continue (to go to the payment page), the page just refreshes on the shipping page over and over. I'm not sure if it's related somehow, but the USPS shipping module isn't working either. Just gives an error message ("An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.") I set up an account with USPS and requested access to the production server, but haven't heard back yet, so maybe this has something to do with the glitch(?). BTW, I'm running osCommerce version 2.2, and all other parts of it seem to work pretty smoothly. Please, does anyone have any insight to this problem? Many thanks in advance!!! ♥kymation Posted February 14, 2004 Share Posted February 14, 2004 As a test, change your shipping to Flat Rate. If the problem goes away it was USPS.
