phreakmang Posted February 13, 2004 Share Posted February 13, 2004 I have an SMTP webmail server setup and put that mail.myservername.net into the smtp field, then put the email address i created in the send to field. This error is generated upon trying to create an account... Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 550 This address is not allowed in C:\WebClients\myteamspirit\catalog\includes\classes\email.php on line 502 Note the account still gets created, but it cannot send out the email. Tensor Posted February 25, 2004 Share Posted February 25, 2004 When this happened to me it was because .... in Admin / Configuration / Email Address & E-Mail from we not e-mail accounts created on the server.
