Protx V Worldpay

Hi

I am looking to renew my Payment provider over the next few months and am looking at other alternatives.

I currently use Worldpay and they seem very good and helpful, however they do appear to be quite dear for my store which currently took about ?60000 last year but we are looking to double over the next trading year.

I have been told about a company called Protx, does anyone have any experience of this company and are they value for money also is there any others out there that I should consider.

Thanks

Alex

Yep i have used Protx with my eccomerce site. They offer excellent value for money. They do have the occasional problem but thats very rare, this is when they lose connection to the banks.

I use the Protx form with Lloyds TSB internet merchant account. You can get some cracking rates.

Using lloyds and protx has saved me over 4k this year in bank charges over my old natwest merchant account.

I say go for it! :)

Hi Alex,

Word for word, I totally agree. I too have Protx with LTSB and no problems at all. Extremely reliable and very reasonable support if required. :D
