U probably do not have a folder called portugues_br nor a file called portugues_br.php in includes/languages/.

 

U can rename includes/languages/english and includes/languages/english.php as

includes/languages/portugues_br and includes/languages/portugues_br.php

 

But the only real solution is to upload the portugues folder and the portugues.br.php file into the directory.
