Help !Can't create a coupon

I installed ccgv-510b (using MS2), no problem to create vouchers and it works fine, in my admin page under "Tools" I have the box "Coupons/Vouchers" with the correct links but when I click on "Coupon Admin" or "Gift voucher queue" I got an (almost) blank page with only titles the last one is ACTION.

 

 

But that's it. I assume there should be a button under ACTION or something as I can do nothing from those 2 pages.

 

Any idea what I did wrong?

 

I checked all my files and look like there all where they belong.

The 2 other options (mail gift and gift send) work fine.
