Cant make CSS work in login.php(pls help)

I've changed the look in all the pages by changing the Stylesheet.

All the pages work except the login.php.

I also deleted some boxes in the column_left.php and column_right.php,

but they are still showing up on the login.php.

 

Is there something I maybe missed, and can anyone provide assistance?
