Guest Posted February 11, 2004 Share Posted February 11, 2004 I am having permissions problems trying to access easypopulate.php. It says I am forbidden to access this file on the server. I posted this earlier and I think it may be something to do with it... if not, please help! :blink: Because in the manual it says under Usage: Usage 1. Go to Admin -> Catalog -> Easy Populate It doesn't say go Catalog -> Admin -> Easy Populate So when I enter the URL into NEtscape it gives me a message saying that I do not have permission to view this file. Guest Posted April 4, 2004 Share Posted April 4, 2004 I have had same problem . Took me a couple of hours but solved it. Go to admin then on the Administrators section click File access Click on the Administrator line at the top of the list You will see a drop down list on the right hand side box. You need to store these files to give you admin rights to the easy populate files. :rolleyes: Hope this helps my skill level is nominal and it maybe took me longer than most of the pros on this forum but i get there in the end.
