Configuring create_account.php

My client would like several form elements removed from the /create_account.php

 

These are things they the have discussed among themselves and are now asking me to remove.

 

1) Gender - Needs to be out

 

 

2) Date of birth -- I know about the "above 18 " - I told them and they still don't want it.

 

 

3) Suburb - needs to be out also

 

4) Post Code -- needs to be changed to Zip Code
