Can't seem shipping modules in admin

Hi, I have tried all night to fix this error.

 

I installed fed x contribution (latest one). I by error created all these copies of fedex1.php. However, I have removed all the files and none are there. Where are these errors coming from. Or better yet, how do I get rid of them.
