Urgent help moving to a new domain

I have to move my entire OSC shop to a new server. I will also get a new domain.

 

I have taken backup of the database and all the files on my current server.

 

What files do I have to edit to make this go smooth? Do I have to do any changes in my sql. file?

 

Short:

 

Move currentdomain.com to a new server under the newdomain.com.

 

Hope there is a easy solution to this as I have spent months figuring how to make an OSC shop.

I *think* that you'd just have to modify catalog/admin/includes/configure.php and catalog/includes/configure.php .

are you sure that define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://shop.com'); is right?

 

Is your website really http://shop.com? make sure that that's correct. If that's correct, and mysql.hosted.ser.net is really the DNS name of the server hosting your SQL database, then you're probably ready to go.

I just used these shop.com and some selfmade servername up in the posting. I use the right one in my configure.php. But nothing helps.

Any suggestion to solve a smooth transfer from one server, domain name to another server and domain name. The servers are identically.

Never mind, I just made a new shop. Easier than spending nights figureing this out.
