crazymonkey
Hi, I installed osCommerce a few days ago and I am having a few problems that I need help with. 1) I am recieving an error about the zend optimiser at the bottom of each page (I dont know what this is) 2) If I click on "log yourself in" "my account" or "create an account" I get the error the page cannot be displayed (the generic IE error page). I would really appreciate some help. Thanks CM :)

Guest
disable the SSL in your admin section. Notice in the addy bar where it says https:// and not http:// like it should, unless of course you have a certificate then.. well its a server problem and you need to talk to your webhost about that. crazymonkey
Thanks for you help guys :) I have just contacted my webhost (I pay for SSL support) and they have told me that if I want to use SSL, I need to move the pages hat require a secure connection to a dedicated SSL folder and use a different url to access them. Would this be difficult for a newbie to do? Is there any real advantage to using SSL? cheers CM :)
