gtrusler Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 I'm selling ebooks and I am using the built-in download features in MS2.2 to handle distribution. I'm having quite a few support issues with people that have trouble downloading the books for some reason. Is it possible to display a link to another web page for a user to go download the product instead of giving them the product on the checkout page? The download page would need to change based on which ebook was ordered. I used this method with another cart I was using and I had almost no support issues because I was able to address most of the questions up front on the download page.
