Need help ! tep_href_link(...) does not work

I hope there's someone who can help:

 

Following error:

 

in some boxes tep_href_link(....); shows wrong links, for example:

 

tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO, 'products_id=' . $random_product['products_id']) ...

 

shows:

http://xxx/shop/product_info.php/products_id/317

 

instead of

 

http://xxx/shop/product_info.php?products_id=317
