It is affordable and power packed. http://www.invisionboard.com/ It seems that IPB is closely designed after ikonboard, but with a sql backend. ikonboard is free, but would require more modifications to integrate it with osC. http://www.ikonboard.com/ You may want to look at PHPBB as well.
