When customers create thier order and then attempt to make a purchase using Paypal, the transaction works correctly, but the order information (what the customer ordered) isn't being passed back to oscommerce. So the site admin is having to email the customer to find out what they have ordered. This is using the paypal module that comes with the installation. Is this because of some misconfiguration? It is to do with the way paypal works, if you search the forums you will find many ways to reduce this. Basically the customers need to press the button to return to the store on the last screen of paypal. At the moment they are closing the screen when paypal declares the transaction complete so osCommerce never recieves the order.
