Also once I creat my shop will it be difficult for gateway, webhosting and the shopping cart tech to get installed so that my orders will come in? please i am in a mess here thank you so very much! Guest Posted February 8, 2004 Share Posted February 8, 2004 Dena...it really is easy to use oscommerce "out-of-the-box" Once installed (it has an installation script to simplify this process, or comprehensive documentation where the_bear pointed you) it is simplicity itself to set it up so that you can start selling immediately. Each aspect of your store is easily configured through the pretty much self-explanatory optons in your admin area. Just click each link in turn until you have each of them set up the way you want. Most of them even tell you what each option is for. Once you are up and running, then you can look further intot the documentation, and even here at the forums, for ways to customize your own particular site to suit your own particular style or needs.
